Price, Presentation and Promotion.
Price: Getting an accurate price, right from the start, is extremely important. Naturally I walk through the comprable sales data for an accurate price-point. Going one step farther, I am careful to research the applicable pending and active listings. Pending listings provide a snapshot of current market activity. Active listings show us who our competition will be.
Presentation: My eye for detail is evident in our online photos. Professional photography is such an important component to me, I provide the service at no cost to my sellers. Nine out of ten buyers say that they look for the photos when selecting homes online. The better you look, the faster you'll find a buyer.
Promotion:Today's buyers say that they search the real estate internet sites before they speak to a Realtor or loan professional. My listings are seen on all internet outlets in addition to the standard, very important, MLS (Mulitple Listing Service). In addition to the internet exposure, my standard prictice is to place my listings on week-day Realtor tours as well as open houses weekends. For additional exposure, I post to social media as well.
